Return Process

  Ensure your tools are in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories and manuals provided at the time of purchase.

  Contact our support team or log into your account to submit a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly attach the provided shipping label or write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange upon arrival.
